We are not a team. We are not a brand.
We used to be a coaching practice — tidy language, calm tone, trauma-informed buzzwords and all.
Then everything fell apart.
Cead isn’t a company anymore. She’s a collection of lived experiences, essays, fragments written by me — Shrina — a person who tried to turn her pain into a business and then realised honesty was worth more.
“We” are whoever’s reading this and quietly nodding because you’ve been there too: masking, over-delivering, burning out, starting again.
Cead is dead, but the writing lives.
